Exchanges Information

Can I exchange my dress after I have received it?

Your dress is made to order specifically for you, therefore we are unable to offer exchanges if you change your mind. On the rare occasion you think we have made a mistake with the measurements; please send us a few photos and we’ll happily ensure that it is fixed at our cost. Unfortunately, we can only cover costs if the misfit is brought to our attention within 24 hours of delivery.

Refunds Information

Can I return my dress?

Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund as your dress is made specifically for you. Fortunately, so far, this has not been a problem. If before you order, you would like to see more photos of your design, we are happy to send you more images from our photoshoots and behind the scenes. The dresses used for our photo shoots are the same dress we have in our showrooms.

What if I change my mind?

Unfortunately, we cannot refund if you change your mind. If we haven’t started your dress you are more than welcome to change your order but we cannot refund you. If you feel that your dress doesn’t suit you, no refund can be made as it was made specifically for you.
