COVID-19 MEASURES AT BRIDAL APPOINTMENTS

We can’t wait to meet you at your Love Spell Design wedding dress appointment. The safety of our staff and customers is our highest priority. Please read on to learn about how we are following health guidelines and what we expect from you to keep everyone healthy.

Before Your Appointment

If in the days or weeks prior to your scheduled appointment you develop symptoms of COVID-19 or test positive for the disease, please notify us and we will cancel or postpone the appointment. Symptoms include, but are not limited to, fever, cough, loss of smell, body aches and trouble breathing. 

During Your Appointment

We are sanitising common areas before and after appointments. We ask that you and your guests use our sanitising station closest to the entrance before wedding dress shopping. Please come with a mask (we will have disposable masks available) to wear while inside the boutique. Our staff will also be wearing masks at all times.

We are currently allowing brides to bring up to two guests. When possible, we will ensure anyone in the boutique remains a safe distance away. We also suggest keeping a two-meter distance from guests not in your household. Our bridal consultant can safely help you into the dresses—but you can also have one of your guests help, if you feel more comfortable.

We request that everyone is respectful of new policies in the name of health and avoids touching merchandise unless it’s during the try-on process. We suggest browsing our designs online and bringing the names of your favourite dresses to the appointment. After the try-on process wedding dresses will be sprayed with antibacterial and/or steamed.
